However, things were different when Giant approached aos. There was a huge backlog of accounts because the processes and the system at Giant were inefficient. Although Giant used Sage as the basic accountancy system,the data was received from the clients via email on Excell sheets. The staff was not used to optimal level because there was no process of checking the slack in the system

A year's consultancy and software development effort transformed Giant into an IT savvy company using Citrix servers to optimize the resourses in three UK offices and the Lahore office of the aos.
