 devised a very unique and innovative offshore data entry system for the accounts of the clients of Ascot Drummond. The process included following steps:
 Data entry work for over 800 limited companies. The operations required entry of accountancy data as well as descriptive data. The data was entered and delivered to 100% accuracy using six sigma methodology. Year-end accounts and VAt returns were submitted online to her Majesty's Customs and Excise as well as the Inland Revenue of the UK.
Documents received from Ascot Drummond's clients were scanned in London office. Scanned documents were then uploaded on FTP server in London which were downloaded and printed in Lahore. Our accounts department sorted the documents in different categories and did all the processing of the documents. These processed documents were handed over to the data entry department where data entry was done using our custom made applications. The application then updated client's records which could be seen on the internet.
