	At least 3 year experience as Project Manager and overall 6 year as PM/TL/Sr. Developer
	Experience in Business Development, and Hands on Experience in Project Bidding in private and public sector
	Independently handling of Client throughout the project life cycle. Ensuring Software Req. Fulfillment and Software Standard Compliance (ISO etc.)
	Ensuring the fool proof configuration management
	Guiding & Driving project teams through the Design phase
	Thorough understanding of MS .NET Application Framework
	System Audits, Security, DB Encryption & Security Excellent communication skills, written & spoken, in English is a must
	Foreign Exp will be a plus
Team Lead
	At least 2 year experience as Team Lead and overall 4 year as Developer/System Analyst
	Hands on experience on designing and implementation
	Experience in Application Security, Data Encryption techniques is must and in Biometric Devices is a plus
	MCSD and .Net certifications will be a plus
Team Lead for ERP Project
	At least 2 year exp. as Team Lead and overall 4 year exp. as Developer/SA on ERP development & Implement
	Thorough knowledge of ERP System Design & Development and Financial Accounting Domain is required
	MCSD and .Net certifications will be a plus
ERP Developer (.NET Technologies)
	At least 2-3 year as Developer/System Analyst on ERP projects
.NET Developer
	At least 2-3 year as Developer/System Analyst
.NET Junior Developer
	1-2 year programming experience on .Net Suite
	Concepts of Web programming
	Databases, Stored Proc., & UML concepts required
QA Manager
	At least 3 year experience as Quality Assurance Manager and 3 year as Test expert on a variety of application platforms especially Microsoft Visual Studio.NET projects
	Expertise req. for full life cycle gathering req., architecting, designing, developing, testing, packaging and implementing
	Very autonomous and independent senior role
	Strong knowledge of Test Plan and Test cases
	Must have Experience with Automated Testing tools
	Experience as ISO Coordinator will be a plus
Testing Engineer
	At least 1 year experience as testing engineer on a variety of application platforms especially Microsoft Visual Studio .NET projects with reputable software house
	Experience of Test Plans and Test Cases
	Awareness of Automated Testing tools
Configuration Manager
	At least 2 year related experience in a reputed organization in the capacity of Configuration Manager
	Strong Visual Source Safe experience in .NET Projects
	Strong concepts of Document Versioning, Project Repository and Software Versioning & Release Management
	Experience with Install Shield will be a plus
Technical Writer
	A minimum of 2 years of technical writing experience
	Expertise in Documenting RS, FS, Design Spec., Software
	Expertise in Documenting RS, FS, Design Spec., Software Architecture Design, Presentations, user guides & reference manuals
	Outstanding communication, organization, writing, editing and proof-reading skills in English
	Expertise in MS Office, Visio, Project, & Publisher
	Strong analysis and information design skills with the ability to see things from an end-user's perspective
	Fluency in English is a must; good written Urdu skills
